Really great food, presented in a very lovely gastro-pub way. I had the lamb Sunday lunch: the meat was so succulent and delicious, and perfectly paired with a tremendous Yorkshire pud. Then the trio of desserts, which was gorgeous and decadent and delicious. The staff were really nice and very attentive. Highly recommended!
My partner and I went to the Craven Heifer for our date night. We booked our table two days before going due to booking up quickly. Very rare you can walk in. We both shared two bottles of prosecco and each had the 10oz prime beef fillet stake which was cooked to perfection. We spent £104.40 that evening and have no regrets apart from our next day friend, the hangover. Highly recommend going to anyone. Have a great time.

An outstanding country public house, restaurant and hotel. Staff absolutely amazing nothing too much trouble even preparing breakfast at 5 in the morning. Dogs allowed in the bar and selected rooms. Ideal location for walking holidays.
This is in a great location and is easily accessible from the main road, lots of parking too. The bar is great and the food is well presented and good value for money. The staff here are fantastic and very helpful. The room i stayed in was very spacious and clean although slightly dated but this is of no concern. Great value and id love to stay again!

One of the few local pubs still open in Barnoldswick. Great for watching live sports. They have plenty of staff working but it can get crazy busy. Hard to get to the bar too.
Good pub, good pool table, good beer and bar staff

Beautiful views, great location for walks along the canal or disused railway, other great country walks, Shipton is nearby to explore, lovely pubs and friendly locals. Pauline is very friendly and helpful and the accommodation warm and luxurious just need to have more time here to do it justice. Many thanks will be back!
Excellent accommodation, Pauline is very helpful without being intrusive. We have no hesitation in recommending this cottage.

If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Very friendly site. We were booked onto the rally field but when I said I would prefer a hard standing the owner noticed someone had left early and had a hard standing pitch. She told us would be updating the shower and toilet block next year.
Friendly pleasant owners, clean site and very reasonable site fee's, we will be back.

The kids just love it! All the staff I've spoken to love their jobs and are extremely enthusiastic with a sincere passion about the animals and the farm. The safari is very enjoyable. The animal feeding is handled well so that all the kids get a go. The playgrounds are also popular. The quads offer some excitement for the older kids as well. A great day out for the kids and a relaxing one for the parents.
Spent a lovely afternoon here - my little boy must have gone down the slide a hundred times! Great programme of activities in the week for toddlers and cheaper entry. My son has no interest in animals but there is still plenty to do with the maze, sandpit and ride on tractors. Restaurant serves nice food and is reasonably priced. Outdoor playground is great and we enjoyed riding on the go karts! Highly recommended.

Small sized caravan and camping site. I stayed for a couple of nights in my tent and it has everything you need toilets, showers, washing up area. And Electricity. The management are friendly and welcoming. It is situated just of a beautiful country lane. With some stunning scenery just on it's doorstep. Another bonus is it is just minutes away from the town and local shops etc. I would definitely stay again.
We have just had a fantastic weekend at this site. A very clean site, well looked after. We recieved a very warm welcome from the site owners. It was great watching the goats in the pen, next to us. The chickens produced very tasty eggs. A 5-10 minute walk to a local park proved to be great fun. We will definitely be going back. 🤗🤗👍👍
